Người dùng có quyền yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu cá nhân và thu hồi uỷ quyền Shopee đã cấp cho Dan-D Pak POS. Trong môi trường đánh giá, dữ liệu là sandbox tổng hợp và có thể được đặt lại/xoá bất kỳ lúc nào.

You may request deletion of your personal data and revoke the Shopee authorization granted to Dan-D Pak POS. In the review environment data is synthetic sandbox data and may be reset/deleted at any time.

Cách yêu cầu xoá / How to request deletion

  1. Trong ứng dụng: ngắt kết nối Shopee (thu hồi token) tại phần Kết nối/Online. In-app: disconnect Shopee (revokes the token) under Connections/Online.
  2. Gửi yêu cầu xoá tới nguyenphuchuy263@gmail.com, kèm thông tin đủ để xác minh tài khoản, cửa hàng và kết nối liên quan. Email the deletion request to nguyenphuchuy263@gmail.com with enough information to verify the relevant account, store and connection.
  3. Không gửi mật khẩu, PIN, access token, partner key hoặc bất kỳ bí mật nào qua email. Do not send passwords, PINs, access tokens, partner keys or any other secrets by email.
  4. Người phụ trách sẽ xác minh phạm vi yêu cầu và thông báo khi việc xử lý hoàn tất. The responsible person will verify the request scope and confirm when processing is complete.

Dữ liệu bị xoá gồm / What gets deleted

Có thể thu hồi token uỷ quyền Shopee, ngắt kết nối và xoá ánh xạ sản phẩm/đơn liên quan đến cửa hàng cùng dữ liệu liên hệ cá nhân (nếu có) trong phạm vi tài khoản đã xác minh. Một số bản ghi có thể cần được giữ lại khi cần cho nghĩa vụ kế toán, bảo mật hoặc giải quyết tranh chấp.

The Shopee authorization token, shop-related product/order mappings, and any contact personal data within the verified requesting account may be revoked, disconnected or deleted. Some records may need to be retained where necessary for accounting, security or dispute resolution.
